Booking requests
Submitting the booking form creates a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your date and time are only scheduled once we contact you to confirm availability.
Pricing
Biweekly cleaning is $250 per clean with no commitment, $240 per clean on the 3-month plan and $220 per clean on the 6-month plan. Biweekly means one scheduled cleaning approximately every two weeks. One-time and specialty cleanings are priced separately. Homes that are unusually large or in unusually poor condition may require an adjusted price, which we confirm with you before the visit.
Plans
Plan pricing applies for the length of the plan: about 6 cleanings over 3 months and about 12 cleanings over 6 months. Cleanings are billed per visit rather than upfront.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule a visit. Short-notice cancellations and lockouts, where our cleaner cannot access the home at the scheduled time, may be subject to a fee.
Scope of service
Exact cleaning scope depends on your home's size and condition and the service you select. Some tasks may fall outside a standard cleaning and may require a deep cleaning or specialty service.
